Has anyone bought the book off ibooks? I can see it on the pc, but when searching for the book on my iphone in ibooks it does not appear! Any ideas why? wouldn't mind buying it but cant :|

It's iPad only so it will not show up using a phone.

The link is a bit slow but I think this should be mandatory reading for any ADer. Don't know a jot about 'rules' about republishing online stuff but I feel it's for the greater good.
