We have a very poor stance towards protection of all the most vulnerable on the roads.
The most vulnerable though are pedestrians and that is where I would put most money.
It would involve a chance of procedure and attitude but is IMO achievable.
I'm not bothered about the old Romanians and Bulgarians but the Old Etonians scare me rigid.

Sorry, but just want to say that there was another NZ advert that I saw somewhere.

Now, I recall that there was an advert in particular that was produced here:

This one I hate especially, because the end message just reinforces that "I'm not speeding, therefore I am a good driver" frame of mind.
But you can see the difference. In NZ, they have adverts that literally come out of the screen and punch you in the face, whereas the British ones are more reserved.
