IAM Forum Problems?

Forum for general chat, news, blogs, humour, jokes etc.

I am looking for info and peoples experiences of the IAM MASTERS and I know there is a rather large thread running on the IAM forum.

I've attempted multiple times over the last week or so using different devices to log on to the forum without success. It keeps telling me there is an issue with the sites security ceftificate.

Is anyone else having problems or is it just me.

Many thanks

Kris

Just you I'm afraid!

I'm logged in to the IAM forum now and haven't had any problems for as long as I can remember.

What devices have you tried?

My works computer,
I pad,
smart phone with android.
Only device I have'nt tried yet is my home computer.

I've even tried resetting the password. Must admit i've never had any issues in the past with any of the above devices.

Cheers

Is it an anti-virus issue? I'm OK with AVG.

Although you should get in with your membership number it should be prefixed with an m if you are a car member. I've sometimes forgotten the m and although I get in the forum does not link me "to me" and my details on the forum.

Thank you for the replies.

I phoned IAM HQ today and they sorted it out for me. It turns out it was a combination of 2 things firstly the web address needs .uk after the org. the second thing they got me to do was delete my browser cache.

Now i'm logged on no probs.

Incidental to the topic (now somewhat old anyway) but you can alternatively prefix with 00 if it's easier for you to type a series of numbers, this seems to be what the username is converted to when you login. Strange but it works.
