Not in all respects, regrettably; but reaching a fairly advanced age is not entirely bad news.

Hmm, when you've been retired for a while, and you're finding plenty of things to occupy you, you end up wondering how you ever had time to go out to work!

Here's one you might like for the late evening:

Good thinking: that's the spirit.

Here's one for you, but I'm still well behind the times I guess:

This is where I went tonight - a great evening out, and all free of course. Try Fleur East - Can't Hold Us.

OK, here is the classical item promised for today.

This is not one of Rachmaninov's most popular piano concertos, numbers 2 and 3 seem to be most favoured, though I like all of them, but I found this performance disappointing. The YouTube comments seem to be appreciative and the audience seemed highly delighted, so I shall be interested to see what people here think about it.

Always a commentary, spoken or not.
Keeps one safe. One hopes.

OK, just listened to the start of that, and I'll come back to it later.

Meanwhile, another of my (somewhat shorter) late evening items:

I think I might just manage the piano part of that!

Toodle pip, each,

Following the bit of argy bargy re-ESP, this seems appropriate:

Edit: I don't think this 'thread' has much of a future here, so I propose to can it on Christmas Eve.

Best wishes all,
Dave.
