Traffic Light Cameras

There are some in Leamington that are around 2.5 seconds (yes I have counted)
It isn't possible to drive through them at 30mph without risking having to brake firmly.

There is a red light camera there but I don't think it is used any more (still grey). In fact we have a distinct lack of cameras in Warwickshire but lots of Police cars marked and unmarked...
