I'm feeling pleased with myself.........

Today, Saturday 6 March 2010, I got my 100th associate test pass.
My first associate started with me on 7th September 1998.
My average runs per associate is just under six and the average time taken from first run to test day is about 5 months.
Just over 3 years ago I was 'persuaded' to become a Senior observer.
I still get the same buzz when an associate passes as I did when I started :D :D

congratulations Rog, thats a great achievement and something the IAM should be extremely grateful for in freely giving your time and experience to improve other's driving.

Institutions like the IAM would be nothing if it weren't for people like you. Good on you Rog.
