Hi, I thought I'd introduce myself.

I stay in Edinburgh and purchased the IAM's skills for life programme a while ago. I just love driving, and love my car to bits, but I'm no boy-racer.

I'm very interested in advanced driving and although I will never be the perfect driver nothing's going to stop me trying.
My dad is an ADI currently with Happy Hour school of mottoring and is trying to convince me to become an instructor in a year by which time I'll have been on the roads for the required amount of time, but career-wise I'm heading into web-design.
I'm planning on meeting my local IAM group in January and I'm looking forward to that.

You will find the Edinburgh Car Group are a nice bunch who normally prepare their candidates to a high standard. I have carried out a few tests for them though usually assist more with EDAM (Edinburgh Advanced Motorcyclists) who are of a similar ilk.

Hope you continue to enjoy your motoring as much as the rest of us... you have some lovely roads in the Lothian & Borders area.

regards,

Rennie

As for the roads, myself and the rest of the Caledonian Mini club love them. 8)
