Actually I've no idea, sorry, and I don't even know how you obtain the information about 520 being on line.

On the bottom of the "front page" of the forum:

In total there are 18 users online :: 2 Registered, 0 Hidden and 16 Guests [ Administrator ] [ Moderator ]

Spiders / Bots - automated systems spidering the site, probably all hit at once, it's unusual but it can happen.
