I can't find a good resource either here or on the Internet listing good driving roads, organised by area/county.

Maybe I've not looked hard enough.

Does anyone know of such a resource, or maybe we could organise one here somehow?

Didn't another member try posting a link to their site a little while ago?

You might get a better response in the members only area - some of us want to keep our good driving roads quiet and to ourselves ;)

There's another list here, but it's still not particularly geographical:
http://www.hazelnet.org/tt2002/roads.html

If you'd bought a Tomtom (:P) they've just published a bunch of routes from TopGear: http://www.tomtomgreatestroutes.com/ - although they may be best avoided now...

And then of course you get onto what means a "good driving road"? One mans single track farm track is anothers "good driving road", while to some the wide, fast flowing a-road that they enjoy can be tedious to drive as you're keeping to the speed limit.

I desperately need to update this so if you've got any suggestions please let me know and I'll try to get them added!

There is a Roads forum on PistonHeads.

Best wishes all,
Dave.

This page on my site is a good starting point, although it's not been updated for some time, and regrettably a number of the roads listed have now been 50'd

Not mine (and I've not had the chance to watch it all the way through!) but found on Youtube:

Offside-tastic!

Pity the camera fell over (about seven times). For the second half, it's like what I'd see if I tried to drive without my glasses - made me feel a bit queasy!

Hmm, im just imagining what that would be like with a bit of howling V6 in the background.

Makes me feel fuzzy all over.
