Boeing 737 :-)

Okay I was 13 and coming back from a family holiday - I was allowed to turn a knob to change the autopilot heading and then press a button to "make it so" :-)

Other than that, nothing really.

Gliding club winch. Small block chevy engine (IIRC 7L or so) running on LPG. Can get a glider from 0-60 in around 5s and 0-2000ft in around 30s.

Varied list from me:

Ferrari 208 GTS, an Italian market special with a 2L turbo
Various trucks, some with abnormal loads like a 60' x 14' ventilation duct, or a lifting beam weighing over 35 tons, Refuse collection trucks, ejector trailer artics.
1/2 a lap of Knockhill in James Thompson's Honda Touring Car (granted it was on the back of a recovery truck! )
Caterpillar Loading shovel
MG ZT-V8
5.5m RIB with twin 50's

Still to drive a 911

Sulzer Type 2 - latterly known as a class 25 diesel loco for about 100 yards in my local engine shed. It was the sixties and I was in my teens and allowed the controls
