An interesting announcement on the radio traffic news this afternoon, the young lady referred to a broken down vehicle causing an obstruction in "Lane 3 of 13"
:shock: :lol:
Probably too easy but anyone guess where she was referring to?

Close, (metaphorically not geographically).. the road goes 'over' rather than 'under'

I'm surprised none of the 'locals' :wink: have guessed
