Has anyone tried to log onto the IAM web site recently? I can't get in.

I tried a few months ago, but it wouldn't accept my password. They seemed to have made changes and for some reason my password was not recognised. They gave me a number to use, but I can't remember the damned thing, so I've not used it for some time.

Do you suppose you're missing much ? It's probably a sinking ship anyhow - at least from the viewpoint of driving enthusiasts. I'm sorry to say that, but that's how the IAM now looks.

Best wishes all,
Dave.

Works fine for me. I've even stirred up some trouble on their forum (I hope).

Depending on the nature of the 'trouble' I'd say that's a good thing, and I hope it has some constructive effect.

Best wishes all,
Dave.

Can't be arsed most of the time. Can't remember my login without looking it up, format is rubbish and some of the contributors seriously need to get a life. Perhaps I should go back and check the response to my last comments before I get kicked out for being a libertine!

IAM?

Sorry, I gave up on their site months ago as it was, as others have noted, awful to navigate and use. It is a pity ROADAR couldn't raise their profile more and provide more support/features, they still appear too much of a tag-on to the RoSPA site. Even the ABD look appealing compared to IAM :D

As of today, anyone under 65 who does not possess a flat cap is banned from the IAM website.

My one (and only) visit to my local IAM group was overshadowed by a "shocks away" type ex-RAF bloke who gave a "demonstration drive" clearly betraying the couple of bottles of wine he'd had the previous night - this was in addition to a very clichey atmosphere all round. They'll never see me again, I'm afraid!

At least it didn't seem to have put you off improving your driving...
