Most certainly there is no guaranteed way and not by a long chalk in my opinion.
I had experience as an ADI teaching people who had been involved in collisions (one in which a close relative of the pupil had been killed). The experience most certainly did not help that particular pupil and the road to a driving licence was a long and hard one for them.
How on earth you could come up with a feasible simulation of the trauma I cannot imagine.
I'm not bothered about the old Romanians and Bulgarians but the Old Etonians scare me rigid.
