Don't we all love a bit of open windy country NSL A road, preferably on a weekday afternoon when nobody is about?

Obviously you don't live in Derbyshire or East Cheshire

Ah yes, the insidious march of the 50mph speed limit.

Had the pleasure of traveling up the A535 from Holmes Chapel towards Alderley Edge at the weekend - not a bad road with a mix of 30 and (unnecessary) 50mph limits along the entire stretch I travelled. It wouldn't have been too bad if it wasn't for the guy in the Fiesta in front who did the lot at 40mph - including the 30mph bits..!
