presumably you are in the middle of the road, so as Gannet suggests - you can do 45mph
this seems logical - car in front on the left can do 30 - you can do 45 to get a view / initiate an overtake; and 60mph to overtake

The answer is....30 x 60=180mph... Unless it's one half of a dual carriageway... In which case a reasonable 210mph limit..surely that's arguable in court?
