IIRC from Easter stories etc,. he died [supposedly]twice. So wouldn't that push it just slightly over 100% deaths:people?

Nah if you are counting this way it's just a delay....
In my default and preferred method of counting I won't add to the real numbers at all. There will still be the funeral costs though... dangerously off topic....
