Can this be stickied?

Some of you have pictures as signatures. I did his once by placing a web address in between 2 [img] 's. I then had to insert a '/' before the 'i' in the last [img]. But it still does not work as I have tried to change my picture. Help me please!!!!

I might sticky it as I've seen a few Avatar's and Signature pictures being far too big, obstructive and messing up the page layout.

I would request that Avatar Pics should be limited to approx 180pixels wide.

Any Signature picture should not alter the layout of the page such that it does not display correctly, or stretches table elements to detract from the content.
