Hi alll
I've now completed my Master Drivers Course with Hugh and Susie at Cadence and am delighted that Hugh has seen fit to recommend me for membership of the HPC.
A fantastic 2 1/2 days (after a couple of days previously). A massive amount of information and instruction, and i particularly enjoyed the couple of hours at Millbrook and hour at Lincolnshire Police HQ skidpan. This was vital for me as i've just changed from a "comnputer controlling everything" Merc SLK350, to a raw (no ABS, no stability control, no traction control) TVR T350C.
Having been a RAF fighter pilot and instructor (Harrier GR3) as well as Airline Training Captain, this compares with probably the hardest training i have undertaken but its just as satisfying and enjoyable, probably more so !
If you are undertaking the course with Cadence, i suggest you make sure you are fully rested before the course starts as you will need all your concentration.
As regards the location, i would suggest staying at the fantastic Langar Hall private country house hotel, to which my wife and i have become tiotally addicted !
Now, time to put all Hughs good words into practice !
For all of those who undertake it, i hope you all enjoy the MDC as much as i did

Regards to all
Andy

ps I am not getting paid for this review, just an honest unbiased assessment

Sounds like you had a great couple of days, Andy. And I agree that Langer Hall is the place to stay!

Congratulations, Andy. Look forward to seeing you at an event soon.

You will also find there are one or two other aviators in the Club - we have an ex-Concorde pilot and a few ex RAF officers.

Kind regards

Steve

Well done. :)
Despite their large numbers ants flow freely because of their understanding and purpose. As a driver your job is to move in, within, and out of the flow of traffic causing the minimum disruption and upset to others. Everyone then benefits, including you.
