You know what they need there don't you James, nope, nothing to do with limit points, observation or brking distances. They need speed cameras. :roll:

I'm not sure that speed is the issue with some of these - as following vehicles pull up very quickly.

That said, some of these incidents are unbelievable :o

I don't know about that. The bendy bus certainly left some fairly prominent skid marks, which you wouldn't get on black ice would you?

One thing I noticed today though was how slippery a road can be after being salted, and I don't think it was the effect of being 'on the marbles' straight after the gritting process. The road looked quite dry, but unusually white due to the salt, but it had a distinctly greasy feel to it, and could catch one out.

Don't let it be us, eh?

I thought the driver of the bendy bus did remarkably well to keep it on track wonder if the passengers thought the same :lol:
