Hi
I have heard about two driving schools:

http://www.drive-eezy.co.uk: Drive eezy driving school provide driving lessons, driving tuitions, intensive driving lessons and driving crash courses with in Birmingham area.

Birmingham isn't exactly local to Manchester though is it? :wink:
