Simple answer is 'no'. ;)

What particularly do you want that's not in a 'normal' vid. - bearing in mind there's some good car & bike ones available?

A 'friend' asked me if there were any about for using on a company LGV hazard awareness day for LGV drivers and particularly wanted videos showing LGVs doing Advanced or Defensive driving.

We all know the actual hazards are generally the same but being in LGVs when tackling them is different.

Thought that might be what you were getting at. I wonder if it might be worth your while 'storyboarding' some issues and approaching one of the more forward-thinking fleet providers to create one? Perhaps trainers tied-in to a major fleet (like Shell with the Met advanced DVD).

Although not specifically aimed at the HGV market Chris Gilbert has a short clip using a HGV in his dvd if that is of any help.(Comentary driving)

hi guys there is something out there regarding LGV defensive driving, but it ranks up there with 'rocking-horse shit'......bloody rare!!
It's 'kept' in a military environment i'm afraid. I underwent training when I did my bomb-disposal drivers course, The drive is video'd live, pretty cool stuff to be honest.
I do hold a training package which is called ''drive-alive'', although a generic package for teaching defensive driving it has an LGV element. Sorry to say Im not in a position to share this as its a military specific programme, but from a defensive driver training instructors perspective, I don't see a great need for LGV specific footage, i know what you mean about 'view' and 'positioning' being different but there really isn't that much of a difference to massively warrant an LGV training DVD/package I dont think.

Of course, holding a video-cam while out driving in an LGV and making your own video package is an option (from the passenger seat of course lol)
