Bendy bus

Just out of curiosity what category of licence is required to drive a bendy bus such as this one? Is it D or D+E?

I think it's just the 'D' category. The rear section isn't a trailer in that it cannot be detached (like a trailer could) from the front of the bus.

I had always assumed you needed D+E, but it seems I was wrong

You need category D entitlement to drive an articulated bus

I suppose that technically it isn't a trailer but surely it must behave as such. I'd be happier with some +E experience if I had to drive one!
