It's my usual poor posting that come's back to haunt me Meant to read, armchair expert ex practioner or CPS.
I was hinting at MGF's response regarding the expert claim by the Police review about their legal editor.
The point it was meant to make is that the result from both the CPS and David Pickovers' answer was ultimately the same!
