So, are you suggesting that the Police do not consider exhibited driving ability when enforcing traffic law?
No more than the CPS do when they consider the question of prosecution or the magistrate, jury do when they make their decision. Are you suggesting all of those people need to have done the IAM training?
Lets also bear in mind that the IAM consider themselves to be a standard worth reaching, compared to???? What validation do they require?
The CPS have to respond to that which the Police present to them was my point.
So, it could be that basic drivers might consider a civilian driver offsiding as DWDCA?
It's analogous to those commercial vehicles you see with "How's my driving" on the rear.
With a telephone number for comments.
All I'm suggesting is that all drivers of Police vehicles should have a driving standard above the mean.
I know there are few of us civilians who understand the various standards applicable to the Police, however, it really pains me to observe poor driving from drivers in Police vehicles.
I've seen lots.
