Before we all re-invent the wheel, take a look at www.donpalmer.co.uk where Don has put his own manual online for nothing. Very good it is too, for the most part, in my view.

And Don, for those who don't know him, is a seriously competent driver on road or track. Especially on track. Just budget for new tyres afterwards... :D

About a month, I think, but I didn't have chance for a proper look until today. I was going to have a go at writing you a section on speed and safety and went to Don's site looking for good stuff on attitude.
