I think i'd arrange for the 'main sections' to be serialised in daily newspapers once every few years...

I'd restore the original meaning of the sign now known as "National Speed Limit". :D :twisted:

Oh, and abolish that rule about not sounding your horn in certain hours of darkness, because I can never remember what the hours are when examiners ask.

Oh, and I'd only have one type of speed limit shown on motorway matrix signs, not the "advisory" kind. If you haven't noticed that it's too foggy to do 70mph, you aren't going to be made any safer by a matrix advising you to do 50.

And get rid of the hopelessly inadequate first aid advice.

Go James!!! Definately with you on the NSL.. as for the first aid advice.. lol what a joke. Do a First aid course or better still become a first responder :lol: In fact do both.

Not even if it prevents an accident?


In that case, i.e. a potential accident, I'd still use the horn regardless of the time of day.
