James good luck with the HPT.

I had problems with it to the extent that I phoned the DSA for advice. I was told to think of it this way. If you were driving down the road and you saw something which would cause you to use the mirror, brake lights, bend, pedX etc, click. My problem had been that I was only clicking when I saw certain hazards and I was not clicking very much at all, typically 5 or 6 times per clip. I was told that there are no limits to the amount of times you can click but they must not be regular, every 4 seconds or whatever. This advice got me through the next time and I was not X'd out of any clips.

Hope this helps.

I cant find stopping distances for a bike. Are they the same as for a car?

Highway Code... the same (so that is the one to remember for your theory test)

Real life... as different as a Land Rover, Morris 1000 and an Aerial Atom
