Each year i like to have at least one session of extra training. Last year I did Bikesafe and level 1 of the CSS.
Last week i went out with a local advanced trainer for 4 hours. It was very good and here is the feedback i received if anyone is interested. I cannot recommend extra training enough, even if it is just to check you have not slipped into bad habits.

Looks very much like a UKADVANCED assessment form.
i would think it is an instructor who has done his training with UKAdvanced or works for them.

It's not UK advanced. It's a local ex class 1 police motorcyclist. I think it's a pretty generic form based on a police assessment. I just removed the logo as I didn't know if he'd want it on the web.
