For anyone in Northern Ireland: with the lack of RoSPA observers in Northern ireland, I have volunteered as a RoSPA observer and there will be a new group set up this year. If you know of anyone who can volunteer their time and efforts either car or bike, please tell them to get in touch with RoSPA.
