Interesting video, what do you think? [General principles apply to 'car' as well as 'bike']

An interesting video and I think he puts the point for using the limit point well. I have seen video footage clips of Mike Waite the ex Dorset police motorcylist delivering training and using a wide approach position to a left hander. The wide position works when you are the lead vehicle and have an uninterupted view up to the limit point, but if you are in a free flowing, but fairly heavily trafficked situation, the best view is often up the near side.

Going back to Mike Waite, a term he uses for position when approaching a blind summit such as the one in one of his vieo clips on the A357 north of Blandford Forum is, "Picking daisies" where he keeps the bike as far left as possible to be out of the way if an unseen oncoming motorist should be well out to the centre, or even overtaking.
