Is there not the problem that offering to pay expenses for an examiner to come out to HK will put undue moral pressure on the examiner?

Interesting point. Perhaps Google for stories on alleged DSA examiner quotas . . . :oops: Or the thoughts some people have of OFSTED's adverse assessments of schools potentially working as a job creation scheme . . .

But really what you're suggesting is questions over the examiner's integrity.
