It confirms a lot of people do not see controlling their vehicle as a priority task. These are the people who should not be allowed to drive on the roads.
It is a pity cameras cannot "see" these dangerous practices Perhaps the politicians will add "road safety" to thier manifestos....

Do these film images get checked? If so that is something that I wasn't aware of. I had noticed the forward facing cameras to get the rear 'plate on bikes etc.
